    As a member of the University Village you are eligible for a short presentation of your university in the “Small Speeches Session” which is held on Monday, June 23, 2014 from 15.45 to 17.45. You will share this session with others that will propose details to their planned calls for a consortium.

    Send applications for a small speech to the University Village Director Dr. Ruth Schmid (Ruth.Schmid@clinam.org) The list will be made according to quality and a “first come first served” mode.

    Before april 5 : No penalty
    From April 6 until May 21 : 50% fees are due
    After May 21: 100% fees are due

    Cancellation requests must be sent to Insight Outside either by fax or by email.

    Note: General Liability insurance has been signed for the duration of the event by the organiser. However
    this does not include damages or theft of goods within the foyer and the conference halls
